Good catch. I hadn't noticed that.  Obviously two different coins and not a mule. So worth 70 euro cents.

this is 50 euros cents coin. both  sides of the same coin.

Well if it is it's fake. Obviously not one coin.  One has a round shape and the other a Spanish flower shape. Not to mention, the size of the 20 euro cent design is too large if a 20 euro cent die was used on a 50 euro cent planchet.
