Mexico 50 Centavos

I have what I believe to be an 1880 Mexico 50 Centavos which I'm reliably informed is from the Zacetas Mint. Can anyone tell me please what the KM#407.8 in the Numista catalogue signifies in terms of it's value? Thanks.

From NGC. These values are usually for graded coins.

    There are a few ways to add a link. on the bottom of the coin page there is a Discuss or ask a question, just hit on it . And will put a link on. But to me the easiest way is to type the N number. At the top of the post you are writing. Then to the next to it  will be a box , just hit it and the link is there.
