Nugget/ coin identification

I would Like help figuring out what this is, if possible. 
It appears silver and maybe just a coin that got melted  in a fire.

I believe its Mexican/Spanish colonial, probably 1600-1700s, alot of them have this similar wear on them, i maybe wrong but thats what I believe

This is a coin from Mexico from 1600s as well as the 1700s are similar and it was this type of coin I decide on what it could be
