Unknown Roman (Provincial) Coin #7 [решено]

I have a coin that I am unsure where it is from in the Roman Empire. I do think it is easily identifiable but I am still at a loss to finding where it is from. Here are the specs:

• 3.1g
• Around 13mm in diameter
• 3mm thick
• Bronze composition
• Elephant on reverse
