Can’t ID a coin, would appreciate any help. [решено]

Found a coin that I can’t ID. Would appreciate any insight!

 

Have looked through a lot of coins and haven‘t found anything similar to this one.

 

On one of the sides (picture 1) you can possibly see a crowned shield with 2 or 3 passant animals facing left (possibly lions). I can’t really make out anything on the other side (picture 2), but the stripes reminded me of the crowned arms of Saxony.

 

The size is about 15x15 mm. The coin was found in Latvia, Cēsis (Wenden) in a place where there have been coins found from the late 14th century to modern times.
