Korean Coins/Charm?

Hello! I posted in the Exonumia section and was told this might be a better fit.

I found this at Goodwill with a very non-descriptive title of “Brass Wall Hanging". I've done a Google search and I think it's Korean, possibly old. I posted it a few places on Reddit but the only helpful comment was that they thought it was a Korean numismatic charm and at least 100 years old. Others said it was not old and a mass produced trivet or plate, but I can't find any kind of makers mark. It looks like it was originally meant to hang, not sit on a table to me.

I'm hoping to find more information about this, like what it is, where it's from, and if it's worth finding an appraiser. I'm in North Georgia, USA so I've had trouble online finding any somewhat local appraisers who might know about Asian art, coins, or artifacts.

It's approximately 16x21cm (6x8 in), nonmagnetic, weighs 368g (13oz)  according to my kitchen scale, and the edges are quite sharp. There are different markings on both sides. These are the best photos I could manage with my phone. Thank you for any information you can provide!

Just to add a couple of close-ups.

Thank you!

The coin on center is a copy of a Korean charm (sold here 350€) but I haven't look so far to other charms which are probably chinese or with random lettering. It's a long process to identify them, I'll try with the example enlarged by rsirian1

All these coins get the same look with the same material even though they are supposed to have been manufactured at different periods. That leads to copies. And after all, it would have been criminal to weld such genuine coins :)

You can see two dragons chasing for the flaming ball at top.

Quote primaltrek : Pearl (flaming pearl)
Dragons are often depicted as chasing a round object that resembles a "pearl".  The pearl is frequently shown as a "flaming" pearl which is on fire.  This pearl represents a fiery ball made of qi (气) which is the dynamic creative force of the universe. Dragons, which can animate nature, will fight to gain control of this generative energy.
The pearl may be thought of as a metaphor for perfection and enlightenment, particularly if the dragon represents the emperor.
The pearl also resembles the moon.  As a dragon devours the pearl, less and less of the pearl is seen and the pearl appears as a waning moon.  As a dragon disgorges the pearl, more and more of the pearl is seen and the pearl therefore appears as a waxing moon.  The dragon and pearl thus symbolize the endless cycle of transformation.
Frequently, the "pearl" is shown with flames which symbolizes magical powers and may represent the wish-granting pearl of Buddhism.
The pearl can also refer to riches, pure intentions and genius in obscurity.
The pearl (flaming pearl) is one of the Eight Treasures.
Charms with the pearl symbol may be seen at Eight Treasures, Open Work Charms, and Auspicious Inscriptions.

The second example is a Korea charm also 子孫昌盛 瑶山玉彩 (sold 700€ when genuine)

Even without the new 30% taxes, it's expensive …
