The coin is very close to “½ Riyal - Abd al-Azīz Hejaz and Nejd” (Numista N#39199), but slightly different arab letters, different palms, beveled mint on one side… Weight 12,00 g, diameter 27.04 mm, thickness 2.35 mm, reeded edge.
These are quite rare coins, I have the earlier year version (which is twice as common) and the version/year pictured on the Numista page. So I could dig mine out and compare to yours, but without a fine eye for arabic script I don’t think I would be able to spot the differences you mentioned. Could you highlight the differences on your coin and the Numista coin image? After all between the 2 years 1346 and 1348 there could be two different dies.
The Palm trees looking different might just be wear, after all the image on the Numista page isn’t that good for comparison of details.
Also what do you mean with „beveled mint on one side“?

The OP's coin is quite different from the one on the coin page.
I see this image on the coin page… where did you get that one ⬆️ from?
Edit: I do see some differences now, flicking through the 3 images, some script missing, some not quite in the correct place. However it needs to be compared to the correct year of the coin first.

I use legacy view as it is easier and quicker to add coins, so I didn’t have obvious access to those extra images. Begs the question though, why are those images not the main ones? being 10 times better the main images and all…
Another difference on the OP coin is the dentils, they are much bigger and looks like there are less of them, I wonder if the dots on the inner circle correspond?

Yes, palms' branches are different, grass, swords ,"½" are diffenett. I don't know arab letters, but visually it's not the same.
Side with swords was pressed off center - you can see thick rim at 2 o'clock and no rim at 8.
Here are two images from the same year. You can compare it for yourself
Ahh yes, the off centre strike on the obverse (cross swords side) I also see it on the reverse as well. Are you convinced it is silver?
I mean the obvious answer, if it has too many differences, is that it is a reproduction / fake / copy / forgery. After all it is quite a rare coin with a high value.

yes, more likely it's just an undocumented fake. I don't know how to check if it's silver or not, but the coin itself - by metal, by design, by edge - is VERY close to later 100% original Saudi coins of ¼, ½ and 1 riyal.

Those are pictures from the Past sales section (and the example section, if any). Many times they're added by Mr. Robot and unless somebody is looking for something else go unnoticed.

Yes maybe a later version with a manipulation of the date, I can’t find mine so I can’t check the edge - but later versions did have the reeded edge like your coin.
edit: I found mine after looking over it 8 times, it also has a reeded edge - so that doesn’t help.
