Origin

I don't think this coins is actually related to Myanmar, it is Pagan island in Pacific.

Nothing on coin or packaging indicates its country of origin. Coat of arms got fleur-de-lis, cross and keys of heaven. That got nothing to do with Burma or Micronesia.

Pagan island is not legal entity. It is uninhabited island.

Currently only sellers are in Poland or Ukraine. In Eastern Europe Pagan refers to religion.

Somebody put brass in colored packaging and are selling it as some novelty item with some margin above manufacturing cost. If they decide to issue hamburger coins with hearts, will we assume that issuers are penguins?

That's why it reads ‘Pretended issuer’ and Fantasy. It's just another small object on the giant pile of junk that gets ever taller ever faster each year.
