Hi everyone!
Is it replacement note or not?
Thanks in advance for answers

What makes you think that? Also when asking about specific objects a link to the catalog page should be provided.

I do not think this is a replacement note. Generally, replacement notes will have some kind of special character or series of characters in the serial number. For example, you may have a serial number with the prefix or suffix ZZ or XX. Other countries will have a star of some sort as part of the serial number. As your note does not have these, I am inclined to say its not a replacement.
You can read more about replacement notes and see some of the examples here if you'd like 😀

So we know that 9A was used as a replacement note prefix, for several denominations. This does not mean that 9D is necessarily a replacement note prefix, though it suggests strongly that it might be.
I would suggest that you do a search, in Spanish, for replacement notes with 9D prefix and see if any turn up (on ebay for example), or consult a specialist catalogue. The numista referee for Spanish banknotes might also know, worth sending them a pm on the question.
Hello,
This site may be useful:

I remember having read another website about Spanish banknotes that had much more detailed information but I can't find the link. When I find it I will post it here, but coming from the notes I have seen before, I personally believe this note is a replacement.
EDIT: Here they are. Unfortunately, the site (Numismático Digital) that hosted these articles was taken over by a Chilean gambling website, but luckily the articles themselves are archived:
This link is only about the 1,000 peseta note, but it may still be useful:
