Iraq KM#105 or KM#105a

KM#105 / 4 Fils - Ghazi I / 1938 / Nickel / 4g
KM#105a / 4 Fils - Ghazi I / 1938 / Copper-Nickel / 4.1g

My digital scale shows 3.99 g and the coins looks to be in a VF condition. Is it safe to say it is KM#105?
Is there any other way of distinguishing nickel from copper-nickel?

By the way, NGC lists both at 4g: KM#105 and KM#105a

105a issue of 1938 hade a dot or "I" (Bombay mint) on the obverse near the point of the bust
