MInt marks? [решено]

I'm new to coin collecting and I have these two coins that have marks on the engraving.

I don't know if these marks are after or during the engraving process. Could someone with more experience tell me?

These coins are N#957 and N#5379 from Brazil.

Hello and welcome to Numista. Your pictures are too blurry to examine correctly. Please post focused pictures.

See if it's better.

Both are delaminations, and pretty spectacular ones at that.

Please show the other side of each coin.

Delamination is a good possibility, but it's easier to rule out PMD if both sides of the coin can be examined.

see my first message. Both sides are there.

Oops!  My mistake 😳  ( I should have recognized, since I have both types in my collection, but have not looked at them in some years).

I agree with TheGame, both with laminations, the second one looks especially deep.

I wondered if the 1 cro coin had a bad underlying planchet defect that led to both the obverse and reverse defects, but this hypothesis works best if the coin has medal alignment, not coin alignment.
