Hi All,
Over the weekend I was given by the in-laws (from a friend's wife who was captured in China during WW2) a bunch of Chinese coins from around that time period.
However, there is this one coin that I am struggling to identify properly and would like some help.
All the other coins were from 1907 to 1945 (makes sense since her and her family left China once WW2 finished and they were freed), but this one coin I can only seem to find one from around 1820-1850, which seems a bit odd to have a single coin that is much older than the rest.
Sadly I don't have micro scales or calipers for accurate readings, but my trusty ruler suggests it is 22-23mm in diameter, which doesn't give an exact match to anything in the database.
Could any experts in Chinese coins tell me if I'm if right, or along the right lines with the attached coin.

Thanks!
(Let me know if the pictures need brightening up.)
