You're in the United States and you don't know what a quarter is? It's 25 cents or a quarter of a dollar or US $0.25 unless there's something special about it which we can't tell from a blurry picture.
2022+ USA commemorative quarter.
Value is written on other side.

Relax bro! The mint updated Washington's portrait a couple years ago and not everybody has seen or noticed the change. No big deal. It's a normal quarter. Collectors know this stuff but the average joe doesn't know. Blame the mint for not publicizing the new portrait well.
@Meamack welcome to Numista.
I think you can tell from the comments that you haven't provided enough info on why you think the coin may be worth something. Your photo is too blurry to see any unusual features.
Try making a clearer photo and/or describing what you see.
I guess not why all the rude comments tho I know what a quarter is worth I’m not a damn moron
Flip your coin on other side, check which one matches coin in above link and check values listed on individual coin page. In most of cases damaged quarter that you find in your change is worth just 25 cents.

Don’t take offence at 1 sarcastic comment, many people seem to think that they can sell a coin on eBay for hundreds or thousands of bucks, which is just a normal coin they found in their change. These people don’t do any research (other than finding a forum), create an account, post one „how much is this worth“ type question, then never ever contribute anything else once they find out the truth (often not what they want to hear). These people are morons, and so sometimes members get annoyed at the continuation of the pattern and the new one time members.
I am sure you are not one of these people, and I hope you enjoy looking for more commemorative quarters in your change, the new portrait looks good, even I didn’t know there was a change of the design on this side of the coin - I hope I get to see a few myself one day.
First time posters with a non-valuable coin aren't morons. It's easy to absorb the clickbait about "valuable coins you find in your change". In a way that's how I got into coin collecting. I got a 1918 US penny in a drive through, (also not valuable, but pretty cool) I remember sighing and thing, well damn, I guess I have to start collecting pennies now.
People get a little testy about these posts because they happen pretty regularly.
I really like how another coin forum that warns posters something like: The coin you found is probably not rare because rare coins show up very rarely. Even knowing that, it's human nature to think that this might be the one.
After 90 years of the same portrait it was high time for a change even if it's as old as the last one.

Nobody called anybody a moron. I did ask the OP what they thought was special about their coin that made it worth more than 25 cents. They declined to answer.
