Anybody know what this Chinese looking coin is? [решено]

I pulled this out of the €1 coin basket in my local antiques shop, hidden amongst the modern Europeans.

0.533g, 14.86 x 0.8mm

Any ideas? I found a lot of similar old Chinese coins on the search, but no exact match. This one looks quite modern, so maybe a replica or a token?

It is extremely close to this replica in looks, but the weight and dimensions do not match.

I think you've identified it correctly. The bumpy surface alone indicates it's a modern reproduction. Reproductions can vary in weight and size.

Thanks Seeker. Are the bumps a purposeful feature by the manufacturer to identify it as a reproduction? The only Chinese coins I have are modern PRC bullion coins, so this subject is completely new to me.

Yes, the bumps are purposeful to show it is not an authentic coin.
