An Ottoman coin?

Hello, I've got a coin that I can't identify. Looks Ottoman, and the date ١٣١٣ or ١٣١٢ is readable on reverse (on two sides from something like اونا/افنا، which makes no sense in Arabic or Ottoman - can it be Persian or Urdu?). Obverse is largely ruined.

Any ideas what this can be?

I can't read the denomination because that side is mostly gone, but the diameter of the coin should help you to decide which one is it exactly.
