Can anyone help me with this coin

Given the weight and the year (AH 1187 / 201) it seems like it should be a KM 121 Egyptian para under Abdul Hamid I (see N#43967 or https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/egypt-para-km-121-1187-1200-1187-1190-cuid-1061826-duid-1240645 ), but the design is more similar to more recent paras; see e.g. https://www.lastdodo.com/en/items/6410439-egypt-20-para-ah1255-1-1839. Note the flower branch to the right of the Toughra. I'm wondering if this is some kind of souvenir thing.
