I have already uploaded this one before. Apologies for doing it again but I keep coming back to it with no results.
The obverse looks like this Lucilla https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/4/7161 but the obverse is a garlanded altar with "AПОЛК" or something similar visible.
Tried to find it on RPC or acsearch but always come empty.
