It's a Japanese Army Special Maneuvers participation medal of the listed divisions from year 7 of Taishō (1918).

HERE is one listed in a higher grade on eBay at the moment.

Sorry no but it has lost quite a bit of detail and the loop was removed so I imagine not that much.
