Rare gold coin (medal?) with no web information

Seeking any information about this coin/medal that has zero similar results in web search. Was given to a family member in the 1970s saying it was quite valuable. It says 375 which is the gold content. I know it's from the Dutch mint in The Hague (no longer exists) and maybe on behalf of Israel. Unsure what type of stone the star is. Thanks!
