Notgeld (emergency) coins of this era are usually worth 5€-15€, however some rarer ones can be 50€ - 100€s.

Your coin is said to have a mintage of 5000, but isn’t that rare from what I can see. The Funck catalogue is the best reference source for German Notegeld. I don’t have one unfortunately, so can’t give you a definitive answer, so MA shops might be your best bet for a selling price. Oh just found one easily;

This one is rusty and not very attractive for 15€, the one pictured on the Numista coin page might be priced at 25€. For actual purchased coin prices you could try an eBay search of sold items. Obviously the condition of your example has a baring on the price, and I bet if you find some sold items, they will be 40-50% of the prices above.

Even in Germany Notgeld coins are not that popular as a collection area, I often find many in large lots of coins (I don’t actively collect them, but keep them if I find them), some are catalogued at high prices. But not yours unfortunately, for one reason or another. This might be due to the fact they could only be bothered to design one side and somehow used the mould from the cast of the die as the second reverse die! After all the whole point of minting these coins was due to shortages, and local areas had to do it as cheaply as possible, usually using the cheapest recycled metals - lots of steel, aluminium etc.

I don’t feel like anyway, I simply examined the reality (living in Germany and knowing about Notgeld), I found one, poor condition on MA shops and provided a link - they are selling it for €15 - i doubt it will sell at that price.  You say yours is better condition, good that helps, but just because there is a low mintage doesn’t mean there are lots of willing buyers.

I am glad you will hold on to it, it is history, but it will never be worth a million €s. Even Numista values it XF 7.30€ and I don’t even use the mode that automatically shows me the prices, I just looked now for a comparison. And it backs up everything I said.

The truth is you can put what ever price you want on the coin, or sell it on eBay and see what other people are willing to pay for it. Then you have its value in black and white cold hard cash!

Welcome to Numista!

Here is another example confirming the value:  https://www.numisbids.com/sale/8911/lot/?lot=1063

I know this is a concept that is hard to believe, but mintage is often almost irrelevant to the value of a coin.

Only the supply-demand balance matters.  If there are few interested buyers, a low mintage coin will have a low value.

Thanks to all for advice still learning good to no you can ask questions on forums
