Which Ruler?

A silver Drachm coin weighing nearly 2 grams, but I can't identify the ruler. Thanking you a lot for going through this specimen.

It's Maitraka Dynasty, but I'm not sure about the ruler.

Different from those from Gupta and Western Satraps, the Maitrakas do not have a clear name written in the coin, sometimes is just random letters. That is why all are considered from Bhattaraka, (recent studies says they were from Madasena son of Rudrasimha III), but no one really knows.
