1933 Off centre strike?

I'm not sure on this but I'd like to hear some views on this coin. I appreciate it is worn but a little guidance on value.

For me the rim were pressed, I propose you to compare thickness of your coin and XF one or more.

I say it because it's impossible to have additional metal planchet because the planchets were made with an engine, and if the machine have a problem, it can't do it.

For the off-center, I think it's not, it's the additional metal who give this impression.

Also compare weight, if it this is additional metal, it will be superior that the theoric weight.

Fair comments. I shall check weight.
