Can you identify this coin? [решено]

Hi everyone,

I found this coin on a walk a while back but I have been struggling to identify it because of how chewed up it is. It is some sort of 50 coin and the date is 1998. It weighs 5.18g and is around 23mm in diameter.

If you know anything that could help I would love for your input.
