10 Piso edge 2?

Good day! Recently, I have encountered a 10 Piso from 2019 with a different edge lettering.

The letters are thinner than usual.

For comparison:

i also know that the new 10 piso 2026 asean coin has the same edge lettering as mine:

Both the original and the commemorative page do not tackle this difference in edge lettering.

either it is a new variety or it is a wrong planchet error. 

Before I start modifying both pages, I will post this forum to gather more information.

As of 28 April 2026, about a month ago since I requested to modify the catalog for the ₱10 of the New Generation Currency series dated 2017–2020; they are still pending.

That's typical for countries without a referee. Usually one of the Master Referees will pick it up after 30 days.

May you please send a clearer photo along with the reverse side to have the coin determined?
