Possibly a mogul gold coin

This looks like an authentic coin. I got it from my dad after he passed away. I'm pretty sure it's real. Google image search says it's a mogul coin and it looks very much like the pictures on this site. I don't know anything about coins so if anybody could advise I'd be very grateful.

 it's 10.8 g

Looks to be o.k.  A mohur of type 439 of Mughal emperor Muhammad Shah, 1719-1748, minted at Shahjahanabad which is the old name for Dehli, date off the flan but the regnal year is visible as the 13th year of his reign so 1731

My goodness I'm so grateful for the info. thank you.
Any idea the best way to get this evaluated? My dad left this to me when he passed and I want to sell it, but having no knowledge I don't want to get lowballed.

Not sure how to advise you as to selling it,  Here in the UK we have well known coin auctions such as Baldwins and Spink, not sure what you have in Canada, it would involve you posting it off to a dealer or auction.

Your coin has a commonly found mint and you can see the sort of price they go for in  a search
