Shiny 100 Drachmes 1992? [решено]

I am very new to this hobby and currently confused by this coin. The one I posses is shiny unlike ones I saw on the internet and 1994 ones I own. 

The table here lists proof version, so I though it might be that, but that is only for year 1993. 

Am I missing something elementary? Can somebody please explain why does it look like that?

That’s not a proof, someone has just polished a standard coin to get some areas shinny like that. They cleaned it badly.

It is not just some areas but the whole coin (just bad light), but I understand now, thanks.

Did find one coin made into necklace that was polished and looked similar but way more extreme and found no picture of the proof version. 

I must disagree, with your disagreement of my original statement. Look closely around the lettering, here is the original coin surface (just like your coin on the right) which is Brass dull colour, away from the lettering is the polished shinny surface.

I am sorry to come across as disagreeing. I thought I just took a bad picture so I was looking like a fool, instead it just that I misunderstood and did ignore the details. It is clearly visible while you point that out, however it was not visible by naked eye I was using previously and just seemed a bit dirty.

The best friend of every collector is a good loop / magnifying glass 😉 and don‘t worry I didn’t take your reply as disagreeing, I read your words without passing judgement and knew (from your first post in the thread) that you didn’t know because you are learning. It is all good 👍 

Yea, magnifying glass is on the list, but there are too many to choose from, some with light, UV, handheld, stationary. So far I only bought some albums for the coins and sorted them by country.
