China Foreign Exchange Certificate 10 fen

I have three pieces of this. All my notes are measured as 128mm x 48mm. On Numista here, it has stated the sizes as 123 x 44mm. 

For the 50 fen, I have 134mm x 52mm. On this site it has 127 x 44mm.

Why?

Data point: I have 3 AU, all 127mm x 47mm.
