Won this on a lot on eBay.  I'm going to add it as a token, but I'm not sure if I should consider it simply from Italy or from Vatican City.  Thoughts?

Although it looks like a sterling coin, it is not. It is silver guilding over nickel metal. It measures 35mm in diameter. It has "Italy" on both sides. This is a very nice vintage religious keepsake of Pope John Paul II.

Hmm, it's a thought, but I think that would be the last option.  After all, it was produced to commemorate his visit to Poland.  It quite clearly says "Italy" on the medallion itself.

After looking at search results, I decided to put it with Vatican City as there were already a few other similar items placed there.
