Strange medio balboa 1968

Hello,

I have some problem with this coin:

Diameter: 30,5 mm
Metal : silver
Weight: 11,5g

As you can see, the weight is different from this sheet:

Do others persons have this weight difference? Or an explanation ?

possibly fake?  Checked NCG and they also list it as 12.5 grams.

Maybe yes,

 but it's weird because an other French member weighed his coins and find these
results for medio balboa:

-1934: 12.5gr
-1962: 12.5gr

So it's maybe a reduction of the weight when silver reach 40% of silver ?
Can others persons check the weight of their coins and confirm?

I assume the weight would drop when the silver content was reduced, perhaps it's a mistake in the weight listing.  I don't see why someone would want to fake a coin that really isn't worth that much.  I can't help on the weight of the reduced silver coin because I only have a 1933 copy of the 1/2 balboa.
