2 euro Belgium 2013

in the list of this coin

stands that the year 2013 has the imperial orb / feather privy marks
but in a book I bought yesterday stands a picture of the 2013 2 euro Belgium with a cat as privy mark, and not the feather privy marks, as you can see the picture I took from the book


 So is there someone who has the 2 euro 2013 Belgium with the imperial orb / feather privy marks ?? or is this information incorrect ?

I think that either numista has a error or the book has a error.

the cat is the sign of mintmaster Bernard Gillard in Belgium.
End 2012 a few coin are already with his sign.
In 2013 he started using the cat.

so the coin from 2013 will have the cat mark and not the feather  
then it is wrong  on this site
