Swiss rappen worth so much?

Hi - I have a 2 rappen from Switzerland from 1946
and when I was looking on the NGC site they valued it at 30$ for vf  
mine is between vf and xf I think. But is it really worth that much (got mine for 1€) ?

 Maybe it is - of the five years on that page the 1946 shows the fewest number of members owning it.  

Yes, it is a scarce date and as it is zinc it is quite hard to get in good condition.

OK but is it really worth $30 or maybe a little bit less?
