Chinese token

Hello! I know this is Chinese (no simple Japanese phonetic characters, and no Korean characters with circles in them), but other than that I am lost.

Anyone have any information on this strange token? Apparently it has the name of a corporation on it and is fairly old. Also, there's a phone number on one side... want to call it?

This has to be quite old, as Chinese landlines are now 8 numbers long.
