What is this?

Couldn't find it anywhere. Is it authentic? Is it from a private mint?
I've had a quick look around the net and can't find anything like it. Ask the seller for more information and where it came from.

Thanks for reply. I have asked seller for details.

Moreover, I searched and found these were minted in Franklin mint, issue price was $55 each. Yet to decide if these are original or China made.
As far as I know Franklin Mint is a "Private" minting authority and has nothing to do with US (or any other) government mints.

To me, these should be treated nothing but silver bullion tokens worth no more than their silver content.
