Your thoughts on this coin please

Hi all, could you give your opinions on this Isabel II coin. I bought it a few weeks back from a coin fair , but now unsure as to whether it's been cleaned or not. Her head just looks too polished.
I didn't pay much for it, about £7, so not too worried. Thanks

I think it is not polished. The lighter head might result from taking it into hands to often. I think it is a nice coin.

Yes, I think Ronald70 is right. Too much handling.

I suppose that's better than cleaning then, what grade would you give it , there's a slight ding to her head  and by her nose, otherwise I would have said VF+

I do think it's been cleaned but certainly not polished, below I have added some pictures of before and after cleaning. Picture 1 & 2 are uncleaned, pictures 3 & 4 are cleaned using a sonic cleaner, pictures 5 & 6 are after being cleaned using a soft toothbrush with warm soapy water. As you will see there is no damage or patina been removed from any of the coins, just dirt. Sorry about the pictures as they have been taken in artificial light.
