I am one of those guys that hate to admit that I am lost, stop the car and ask for directions, but with this one I totally give up. I have no idea what it is and I do not even know where to start the search.  z|  z|  z|

It turns out to be: Kalat (Khelat or Kelat) in Belucistan, pakistan
 KM 21,
 Khudadad Khan (1857-1893)
in the name of Mahmud Khan Durrani

 and dated [1]295

Thank you Josephjk

dated [12]72 or [13]72? under animal on obv. Is that a lion looking left?
Should I be looking at Iran?
