Jamaican 20 cent "World Food Day October 16 1989"

I cannot determine the existence of this coin, except that I own one! I am brand new at this. Any ideas?

 In the Search on the left menu here, I typed in  jamaica food  and there were 6 results (including two 20 Cents - which vary according to the spacing of the letters J A M A I C A at the top). Welcome to the site.
