Need help identifying 2 coins and maybe what they are worth

I am very unsure about their origins, thought maybe they were Roman at first, think one of them has been polished lightly.
Thanks for any answers you could give me.

The bottom coin is from around 300 AD.  The obverse is IMP DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG, while the reverse is GENIO POPVLI ROMANI. Not quite sure on the exact coin or value.
