Grade of Portuguese India 1935 Rupia

I'm thinking this is AU or better, but I'd be interested in other opinions. To my eye it's some bag marks and toning.

Looks UNC... very good photos.

I'm new at this so pure speculation on my part.
The coin looks UNC and taking account of the tone spots knocks it down to almost/about uncirculated.

Tone spots aren't supposed to affect grade (except for American insanities like MS-70). But yes, I don't see any wear on this. According to my catalog... excellent coin and I hope you got a good deal on it

Even toning on MS-70 grades are still MS-70. Many collectors actually prefer a toned UNC over a frosty UNC.
