Israeli coin with possible alignment error

Hi everyone,

I found a 1 New Sheqel coin ( https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces7078.html ).
It looks like it is not aligned ( the reverse side is a few degrees off ). The site mentions that some of these coins have an alignment error and are ultra-rare. How do I know if I have a rarity or just a normal coin?

It's a normal coin.

The result of not to be aligned properly comes from the dies were not fixed properly. It's a common mistake at mint process. Usually such coins does not cost extra premium. In case of angle is about 90 degrees and more you may ask some money just for wrong alignment.
