I don't know what the first one is...but I'm interested in it...if you want to swap?
First item shows a wheel with wings so must be a transport token of some kind.

EDIT: I now have found it on this site ...
http://tokencatalog.com/

On there I entered WING and WHEEL in the Search for all countries. It is a transport token from Budapest, Hungary (shown second item down the page) ...

It shows the same letters B.SZ.K.RT and 1933 date like yours.
Also mentioned in a catalog > Budapest 100-B, Catalogue of World Transportation Tokens and Passes by Kenneth E. Smith page 150

There are lots of other similar tokens on this Hungarian page ...
http://www.zsetongaleria.hu/thumbnails.php?album=94&page=2
and BSZKRT lettering might mean BUDABEST SZÉKESFŐVÁROSI KÖZLEKEDÉSI RT
or also "budapest székesfővárosi közlekedési részvénytársaság"
translated as "Budapest Metropolitan Transport company shares".

Finally this Hungarian trams page has history and pictures. The BSZKRT ("bhaz-cart") started in 1923 ...
