Gold plated US 1 dollar 1976

Can somebody help with this coin? I guess it is not in database yet. My colleague brought it today and we could not find it in Numista database (gold plated 1 Dollar "Eisenhower Bicentennial Dollar").

Correct me if I'm mistaken...I don't think those were an official release, not by the US mint anyway.  Maybe by one of those coin houses(?).  I've got some gold plated 3rd Reich coins and they don't have an individual page.

Just list it under a normal version of the coin and add a comment that it's plated.

I have some gold-plated JFK halves as well.  I agree that these are aftermarket gimmicks, not produced by the US mint, and not a legit variety to list on Numista.
Gold-plated coins are almost always just a scam. Real mints have the authority to make solid gold coins, why cheapen their reputation with after-market plate :°
Add in a page for EVERY plated coin, and put
Year: "ND (Gold Plated)"
Year: "ND (Silver Plated)"
Year: "ND (Other Plated)"
And have people specify the rest in comments!

NO!
They are not official issues.
