I found this coin in my collection and this is the only website I've been able to find that actually identifies it. The Numista rarity index gave it a 97 but didn't provide a value. Can you recommend a website, book or other resource where I can find out about a potential value? I couldn't find it in the 2013 Standard guide to world coins...

It is German Notgeld. That is why you could not find it in SCWC. It is listed in Funck's 2012 catalog.
