Hi,  I would like information about this coin, a slight off center on this 1982 Lincoln cent, any thing special?

This slight off-center cents are very common. I don't think it has any value unless the amount of displacement is significant specially for the 1 cent coin.

I agree.  The amount of deviation is within common parameters, and has negligible value beyond one cent.
