the years added for estonian "golden" 1 kroon coin (1998 onwards) are quite optimistic. as far as I know and numismatics from estonia whom I´ve talked to confirme- it was only minted in 1998, 2000, 2001, 2003 and 2006. plus the commemorative circulation coin from 2008.
