Hi Olexandr,

With you in your independence wishes!

I am sorry, the pic is too dark. The only thing I can confirm, is that it is an Islamic coin, probably not Ottoman, which is good news in terms of value.
Can be early Azerbaijan Khanates [which Numista teammembers swear it is in Central Asia ;( ] or other proper Central Asian Khanates or even Persian, can you send a better quality pic?
Script uses Arabic script, but it can be Farsi, Urdu, Azeri anything,... I just do not see :(

Thank you for your support.
There's quite difficult to see, but on the coin is the star of David.
I find it difficult to understand whether the Jewish character to be on the coin with Arabic writing.
Coin diameter 15 mm
Are you sure it is 6-pointed star? [I simply do not see on the pic] or an 8-pointed Azeri/Turkic star?
Where did you pick the coin from, it also might help. If it is from a flee-market in Ukraine recently (i.e. in the last 80 years :D ), it is likely to be from a Caucasian or Central Asian, or ex-Soviet territory.
Anyways send me better pics, it can help.
A similar one with star of David and Arabic text.
