 No coin exists - both on the above link and that the Numista page (number 173) was created years ago, so if a member had one it would have been reported and added by now. I think.  

Also I see no years 1886 to 1893, 1905, 1910, 1916, 1917, 1918 and so on ...

Upon "CLOSER" inspection of the coin, using a magnifying glass, one could see that it was a 1974 with the left portion of the 4 lightly struck ..
