Identification of Coin

Please help me to identify these two coins:
First two images are of same coin
Last two images are of opposite side of two similar coins
The data on there is given in the picture uploaded.
I guess it may be from China or something else.
I need help from other members.

It does not mean anything, just same as "Yes!" or "No!".

I like to learn if you have other different interpretations.
