Possible mint error on Austrian 30 Kreuzer 1807?

Hello,

please have a look at the pictures and let me know what do you think of the 1807 date, it is missing the "7" Could it be a minting error or someone "erased" it?

Hello,

no, no bubbles on this coin. Maybe it is the lighting not so good. I was checking with magnifier and there is no sign of a previous "7" or it was removed very very carefully.

The 7 could have stayed in the die, so the next coin would have an uneven surface from where the 7 should be.
It is, what it is, or is it.
