The side with the the shield, if you read the letters upside down it reads: Mario Augusto. And if you do the same thing on the side with the head, down reads: TURCO.

Yes, I've noticed that fact, but it doesn't work with other words... And I can't find any information about Mario Augusto.
Perhaps, it was a gift for some Turkish guy Mario...
