Little Mermaid 100 Francs/15 ECU?

My dad was asking about a Little Mermaid/Petite Sirene 100 Franc/15 ECU silver coin, but I can't seem to find it in the catalog.  Can someone help me track it down in here?  I'm guessing it's pretty unusual if it's not in the catalog, but I wanted to see if I could swap for an UNC coin to surprise him.  Any help would be appreciated.
